Meet Co-Founders Dana & Danielia Dorcas

Dana Dorcas has spent more than 40 years helping business owners and leadership teams bring structure to the chaos, align their people, and grow with confidence. From leading high-performing sales teams to coaching leaders through tough transitions, Dana understands what it takes to move a business forward, with less stress and more clarity.

A certified advisor in SMB strategy, StoryBrand messaging, DISC personality assessments, and leadership development, Dana brings real-world experience from leading high-performance sales teams, revitalizing underperforming regions, and coaching leaders to think and operate at a higher level.

Dana is also the author of Max Results, a guide for business owners who want to scale smarter, lead stronger, and create a business that runs with or without them.

At the heart of it all, Dana’s mission is to help leaders get out of the weeds and into their role as strategic decision-makers so they can build something that lasts.

Danielia Dorcas is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in Communication.

She has a strong background in sales, relationship-driven communication, and marketing support, including hands-on experience with Canva and social media content management.

Paired with extensive volunteer experience, Danielia is known for her ability to connect with people, communicate clearly, and support initiatives with creativity, organization, and care.
